International IT supporter

The international IT supporter is able to advise and instructs customers and users satisfactorily about the use of hardware and software and safety solutions.

Basic training
This vocational basic training program as an international IT Supporter takes place on our TEC campus in Ballerup. This basic program has duration of 26 weeks and you will have the possibility of spending 3 weeks in an European country, where you will practice your skills in a company or educational institution.

All lessons are taught in English and apart from the IT subjects you will be exposed to an extra dimension; an international dimension.

12 lessons including:

• Draw up of an international CV.
• How to navigate in global working culture?
• Visits in companies with an international profile.
• Development of personal intercultural competences.
• Preparation for your 3 weeks abroad in your basic program.
• Introduction to “Work placement abroad” in your main program.
• Bring your own lap top if you have one.
